Monday:  Cranberry Nut Bread  and Potato Dill with roasted onions and rye.

Tuesday
:  Apple Walnut featuring organic California walnuts and Fuji apples.  Peasant Bread, a light, rustic bread with cracked wheat & rye.

Wednesday:   Organic 100% Whole Spelt & Honey - an ancient wheat grain with great flavor & nutritional profiles.  Blueberry Corn, yeasted bread with cornmeal, whole corn, walnuts & wild blueberries.

Thursday:  Peasant Bread, Cranberry Nut Bread, and Potato Dill loaf.

Friday:  Challah, Dark Rye and Pistachio Apricot

Saturday:  Potato Dill,  Cherry Pecan, Organic 100% Whole Spelt & Honey,  Tex- Mex, & Peasant Bread.

October 31st:  Pumpkin-Cranberry bread!
Bakery hours:  7AM - 6PM  Mon. - Sat.
