Wednesday: Organic 100% Whole Spelt & Honey - ancient
wheat grain with great flavor & nutritional profiles. Pumpkin Cranberry Loaf.
Thursday: Peasant
Bread, Cranberry Nut Bread, and
Potato Dill loaf.
Friday: Challah,
Dark Rye, Pistachio Apricot, and Blueberry Corn – a yeasted bread with cornmeal, whole corn, walnuts & wild
blueberries.
Saturday: Potato
Dill, Cherry Pecan, Organic 100% Whole Spelt & Honey, Tex- Mex,
& Pumpkin Cranberry Loaf..
