Panettone! Italian holiday bread with dried fruit is available throughout the holidays.

 


Monday:  Cranberry Nut Bread  and Potato Dill with roasted onions and rye.


Tuesday:  Apple Walnut featuring organic California walnuts and Fuji apples.  Peasant Bread, a light, rustic bread with cracked wheat & rye.

Wednesday:   Organic 100% Whole Spelt & Honey - ancient wheat grain with great flavor & nutritional profiles. Pumpkin Cranberry Loaf.

Thursday:  Peasant Bread, Cranberry Nut Bread, and Potato Dill loaf.

Friday:  Challah, Dark Rye, Pistachio Apricot, and Blueberry Corna yeasted bread with cornmeal, whole corn, walnuts & wild blueberries.

 
Saturday:  Potato Dill,  Cherry Pecan, Organic 100% Whole Spelt & Honey,  Tex- Mex, & Pumpkin Cranberry Loaf..

We have some excellent pate’s available in December, and custom gift baskets!
